We are growing quickly and looking to bring on our first marketing hire outside of the executive team. We are in search of a highly analytical marketer who can flex into multiple functions at startup speed and with meticulous execution. Irrigreen sells via a direct sales team, contractors, and our newly launched e-commerce site. This role will mainly support the DTC functions but may take on B2B projects, as needed. This person will be responsible for moving customers down the funnel via lifecycle programs, CRO, and promotions. They will also be responsible for tracking testing programs and learnings in the marketing department and reporting on them weekly.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of work experience in digital marketing, email marketing, and ecommerce
- Knowledge of Shopify, various ESPs, and exceptional excel skills
- Excitement for and experience in a fast-paced working environment
- Up to date on best practices and learnings in DTC marketing
- Experience with consumer/audience-based email and development of Lifecycle Marketing programs both strategy and execution
- Experience analyzing data and developing marketing programs based on your analysis
Responsibilities
- Take a hypothesis-driven approach to A/B testing to constantly iterate and improve performance across the site, email, and digital marketing channels
- Develop and optimize pipeline nurture programs, maximizing the opportunities to engage and convert leads both for the sales team and on the ecommerce site.
- Establish and own the lifecycle roadmap, developing campaigns that support the customer across each phase of their journey
- Manage all customer lifecycle workflows and build out and test new workflows in order to drive funnel improvements.
- Manage day-to-day email execution (segmentation, production, deployment) and develop reports that generate actionable insights
- Analyze and track campaign performance, employ a rigorous testing and experimentation mindset, draw insights, and implement changes that unlock opportunities for growth
- Track and report on customer data on a weekly basis
- Own and drive the marketing tracker for all experimentation and keep it up to date with results.
- Stay on top of cutting edge of trends and best practices in the world of marketing
- Own CRO testing and structure tests and launch tests in VWO to improve site conversion rate
