Candidates in the San Francisco area will be expected to have a hybrid schedule. All other candidates will likely be remote.

Job Description:

We are looking for a hands-on, data-driven Director of Growth Marketing to lead and execute our growth efforts across all digital marketing channels. This is a unique opportunity for a highly analytical and execution-focused marketer to take full ownership of our paid media, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and new channel testing initiatives. You will be responsible for both the strategic direction and the day-to-day execution of all growth marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Full Ownership of Paid Channels: Develop, manage, and optimize all paid marketing efforts across paid social, Google Ads, and SEM, ensuring efficient use of budget and continuous optimization of performance.

- CRO & Website Testing: Lead and execute all CRO and A/B testing initiatives, using data-driven insights to improve website performance and increase conversion rates.

- Creative Strategy Execution: Create and implement a creative testing strategy, work closely with graphic designers to brief and develop assets, and manage the full creative roadmap.

- New Channel Exploration: Identify, test, and scale new marketing channels and tactics, experimenting with innovative approaches to expand our reach and grow customer acquisition.

- Strategy & Execution: Develop the overall growth marketing strategy while being responsible for all tactical execution—this is a hands-on role in which you will be executing campaigns, setting up tests, analyzing data, and reporting results.

- Performance Reporting: Regularly analyze campaign data, generate insights, and report on performance to the leadership team, including suggestions for continuous improvement.

- Budget Management: Own and optimize the growth marketing budget, ensuring resources are used effectively to maximize returns and drive business growth.

Requirements:

- 5-7 years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record in both strategy and execution.

- Strong expertise in managing paid media campaigns (paid social, Google Ads, SEM) and optimizing for performance.

- Demonstrated experience with CRO, website A/B testing, and user experience improvements.

- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to structure experiments, analyze data, and derive actionable insights.

- Strong creative sense, with experience developing and executing creative testing strategies in collaboration with designers.

- Exceptional ability to manage multiple initiatives at once, prioritize tasks, and drive projects to completion.

- Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to clearly present findings to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a DTC (direct-to-consumer) or eCommerce environment.

- Familiarity with SEO and organic growth strategies.

- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment, where hands-on execution is essential.
